In this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), we wish to inform you of the purpose of such collected Information and how we collect, store and use the Information. We will not collect, use or disclose the Information other than in compliance with the Policy. As part of our commitment to your privacy rights and security, our websites have been certified by Shopify.

By visiting the Iris.com website (the “Website”), you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Policy. Iris reserves the right to change the Policy without prior written notice at any time, at Iris’s sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of the changes made, from time to time, to the Policy and you will be bound by them. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Policy and the changes thereto.

3. OTHER DOCUMENTS, AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES

Your use and purchase of products on the Website is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Other Policies”). You acknowledge that you have read the Other Policies and agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions set forth therein. The Other Policies are incorporated in the Policy by reference and, therefore, apply to your access to, use of and purchase of products from the Website. If you do not agree to the Other Policies, please do not use the Website.

4. TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

The Information that is collected about you may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, address, phone number, email address, fax number, age, cookies, IP logs, billing information, credit card number and expiry date, etc. We may also collect information about your use of the Website, such as the date and time of your visits, your product interests, the pages you have accessed, the documents you have retrieved, the type of browser used at the time of your visit and all personal correspondences with us (primarily emails and live chats).

5. STORAGE AND SAFEGUARD OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will keep your personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Policy or such longer period as may be required by law. All of our employees, representatives and agents must abide by the Policy. The Website is directed to adults. Iris does not knowingly collect any Information from minors. Those under the age of majority should not use the Website with any Information.

Iris reserves the rights to use the Information at its discretion, mainly for internal purposes such as processing your order and answering to your personal inquiries; sending you or your friends, relatives or associates, products that you have ordered; enhancing customer service, product options and improving product performance; maintaining contact with you by informing you of promotions, contest entry forms, redemption vouchers and special offers where you voluntary supplied your personal details; providing you with ongoing personalized service and information about us, our products and services; analyzing the Website usage and administering sales records; maintaining internal accounting and administration; and noting trends and statistics.

7. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

If you visit or purchase products on the Website, participate in a contest, survey, promotion or special offer, Iris may share the Information with its affiliates or partners in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Policy. Iris never rents or sells the Information about you to a third party. For delivery purposes, we disclose the Information to FedEx, UPS and other carriers. For sales tax compliance purposes (GST, QST, TVA, etc.), we reserve the right to disclose the Information to a third party. We may disclose some of the Information to advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes, but none of which that could be used to identify you personally. Your name, email address, telephone number, and address are never disclosed to advertisers. Iris reserves the right to disclose the Information as required by law, in response to legal process and law requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of Iris and its affiliates. The Website contains links to websites operated by third parties which may collect your personal information. The Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties and Iris does not assume any responsibility for, and by using the Website or accessing a third party’s website from the Website you release Iris of any responsibility for, the actions and omissions of third parties. Please verify the privacy policy of each website that you visit.

8. COOKIES

In common with many websites, our server may attach a cookie to your hard drive to analyze your activities on the Website and to remember you when you visit the Website again. The cookies will identify your computer to our servers when you visit our Website. Please consult Section 15 of the Terms and Conditions of Use for more details.

9. UNSUBSCRIBE FROM PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

If you have consented to the collection, use and/or disclosure of Information as identified herein, please note that you can also withdraw your consent at any time by communicating with us. You may opt-out at any given time from our newsletters simply by clicking on the “unsubscribe” hyperlink contained at the bottom of our promotional emails. You may also opt-out by sending us an e-mail at shop@Iris.com or by calling us at 1-866-973-5287. Please be sure to provide us with your full name and email address. It may take up to two (2) weeks to process your request, during which, you may continue to receive communications from us.

The Policy may be supplemented by additional legal requirements in jurisdictions where we conduct business. We may need to update the Policy from time to time. Please regularly check this page to ensure that you have read the most recent version.

Shipping & returns

1. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes and are fully traceable on our website.

All orders are delivered by FedEx on business days only (weekends and holidays are excluded). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

The date you receive your order will vary depending on the shipping method that you have selected at the time of the purchase. Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order.

At this time, we do not ship outside Canada and the continental U.S.A. Therefore, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska.

2. RETURN POLICY

As purchasing clothes online is not an exact science, you may find yourself with an item you wish to return. Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to return an item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Return Form (the “Form”) must be completed within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will automatically be refused.

Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the refund.

Please note that items marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY CLICKING ON MY ACCOUNT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE;2. CLICK ON MY ORDERS;3. CLICK ON VIEW ORDER NEXT TO THE ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN;4. CLICK ON RETURN AT THE TOP RIGHT;5. ENTER YOUR INFORMATION AND CLICK SUBMIT.

Within moments, you should receive an email confirming your request. Once the return request has been placed, one of our Customer Service representatives will review it and contact you to finalize it.Upon reception and approval of your request, our Customer Service department will send you an email with a return label. Print the label and attach it to the original packaging of the item. Within 5 business days, drop off your package at your local FedEx drop-off center or call the number on the instruction sheet to arrange a pick-up. Any parcel drop off or pick-up after 5 business days will result in the cancellation of the return and the package will not be accepted at our warehouse.Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
